Clients reviews about Aircon Cleaning SEQ

Our AC was leaking, freezing over, working inefficiently and making us sick. I was skeptical that just a clean would be sufficient to fix the issues we were having with our air conditioner, but decided to give it a try as we couldn’t get a maintenance tech in during summer. David was friendly, extremely efficient, and showed us all the gunk that came out of our AC (gross but weirdly satisfying). We had clogged pipes which he cleared out. Our air cons are now running perfectly! We ran them overnight and had no leaking, no freezing issues- general performance is better and the air is so much clearer. We are so happy with the service- our only regret is not doing it sooner- and the price was very reasonable given it is peak season compared to other quotes we received ~ Amy C

I found David after seeing Aircon Cleaning SEQ as the most recommended option on the Brisbane subreddit, and he lived up to the reputation for a reason. Super professional and a friendly bloke. Kept in regular communication right up until he arrived on the weekend. We have five ACs, with two of them in a kind of tricky spot (one above the sofa and one above the bed), and David was incredibly efficient and clean, with zero mess left behind. He even went above and beyond by clearing out a wasp nest he found in my backyard, which he definitely didn’t have to do but I very much appreciated. If you’re looking for someone reliable and thorough, this is the guy. ~ Josiah L

We Very happy in how they cleaned both our Air cons. I could not get over how they take the time to take the cover and clean everyrhing inside and out. For us it was money well spent for what was done. To see him take everything off and clean was a shock as we had our aircon cleaned by another last year and it was not cleaned like it is now. We are very happy with this company and would 100% be happy to recommend this company to anyone that wants there Aircon clean. Yes they are a little more expensive but for what they do and the time they spend its is worth every penny in my opinion. They are friendly service very professional. ~ JEFF “

Great experience with AirCon Cleaning SEQ. Dave arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time but communication was great, as he checked with me first. Overall service was excellent, had some fairly stubborn mould in my aircons which was all removed and the aircons are now running great and don't have an odour. Very quick and efficient with three aircons done in an hour, they left the place very clean and were very careful to not make a mess. Overall value was great also, with their pricing beating out probably most competitors. Worth every cent and will be using these guys again next year. ~ Ray

We had the best experience with Aircon Cleaning SEQ, who went above and beyond! Their price was most competitive, very affordable! They fit us in the very next day to help us cope with the heat. Work was neat, surrounding area all cleaned up and our split system looks brand new, smelling fresh again. Best of all, it was the personality behind the job, he was professional, polite and very easy to chat to.There was even extra work involved and he did it without charging. Thankyou so much Dave. You definitely have our recommendation to families, friends and neighbours. 👍 ~ K

Excellent service. I could not believe what came out of my 2 split systems. I recommend booking in and having them done. I’ve been rather ill for the last 4 months, sore throat, cough, stinging and watery eyes, headaches and nausea. Woke up each morning with swollen eyes. Found out it was the air cond doing it. Now the house smells much fresher and the air conds are actually blowing cold air now. Dave was friendly and professional. I know I will be getting them cleaned on a regular basis now. Thanks again for the great service The photos and video shows how bad it was. ~ Thomson T

Dave cleaned our air conditioning units in Graceville today, and we couldn't be happier with the service. He arrived right on time, was very professional, and was a pleasure to deal with. Dave was thorough, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy when he finished. It's refreshing to deal with someone who is not only knowledgeable and reliable but also approachable and easy to talk to. We highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for air conditioning cleaning or maintenance services. Thanks again for a fantastic job! Jasmine and Alfie. ~ Reception C

Thank you David and your wonderful wife for getting my 2x ACs cleaned today! Very informative and awesome job. It was so satisfying watching the aircon get cleaned and being let know of the yucky stuff that was sitting inside! I can feel the major difference in the air. Will keep your contacts for future cleans and pest control done in the near future! Thanks heaps power couple! Couldn't be happier choosing you out of all the options I had to get the job done. Awesome pricing to help within our budget also! Appreciated! ~ Missy R

David did a great job of cleaning both of our split system air conditioners. He was on time, lovely to speak to, made no mess, the air cons are now nice and clean and even smell great. I couldnt believe how black the water was afterwards. He didn't try to get me to pay for extras either. I asked him if he cleans the part of the split system that is outside and he said it's only necessary to hose them with water from the top. I will definitely be getting him back again every year. Thank you David! ~ Leanne H

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Aircon Cleaning SEQ. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, the entire experience was truly first-rate. Dave is a consummate professional. He possesses a remarkably affable and courteous demeanor, which makes the process incredibly pleasant, yet he approaches his craft with a level of expertise and dedication that is increasingly rare to find. He took the time to communicate clearly and ensured the service was executed flawlessly. As for the quality of the work, "incredible" feels like an understatement. Dave’s meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness are immediately evident in the final result. Our air conditioning units were entirely revitalized and restored to a pristine, optimal state, now operating with a level of cleanliness and efficiency that exceeded all of my expectations. If you are seeking unparalleled workmanship coupled with outstanding customer relations, I wholeheartedly recommend Aircon Cleaning SEQ. An absolute five-star experience, without hesitation. ~ Nick D

Had 4 units to be deep cleaned, as some showing signs of mould. First time user of Aircon Cleaning SEQ, but will definitely use them in the future. Dave was very professional, helpful, and an all round nice bloke. Deep clean of all units inside and check of outside units as well. No mess, and provided some good tips for maintaining our systems. Reasonably priced, and very satisfied with the service provided. Highly recommend. ~ Neil G

Dave from Air-Con Cleaning Brisbane is a breath of fresh air! He was incredibly thorough and is truly a good old-fashioned tradesman who takes great pride in his work - something that’s hard to find these days. Compared to the previous company we used, Dave was amazing and professional. We’ll only be using him in the future and have already recommended him to other tenants in our building. Highly recommend! ~ John C

Really easy quote and scheduling process and the service was great - I don’t think the ac’s in my unit have ever been cleaned so was very grateful to Dave for getting them clean and running like new Easy communication, great service and no nasty add on fees from what I was quoted as I have experienced from other ac companies in the past! no complaints from me - very happy! ~ Sally K

Very prompt and easy booking service. Was early on the day and took the time to explain the process as well as provide tips to keep the aircon clean and operating smoothly. Approached each unit on a case by case basis which meant we paid less for the units that didn’t require as deep as a clean so very well appreciated. Also very friendly. Will continue to use every year. ~ Sital a

Will definitely be using their service again. Quick and easy to book even with my schedule that’s everywhere. I love that it’s very clean and tidy as a person still in trade that is the best I could give. Plz let me know if you need the hose coz we only have 1 and I usually have that in my coach rather than at home. Thank you 🙏 Actron ducted system. ~ Karson Z

Great experience with Aircon Clean SEQ. Was a bit worried about potential mess as we had just had the walls painted around one air conditioner. But Dave was meticulous in his preparation and there was zero mess after. Excellent communication, turned up on time and three air conditioners now running better and smelling much fresher. ~ Brett P

Dave was slightly delayed due to traffic on a Friday afternoon. I was very impressed with the communication and that he committed to completing the clean that afternoon. He was thorough, honest (regarding age of some air cons) and gave practical advice. Dave was great to chat to and I recommend him easily. ~ Christopher O

First time using these guys and this service. Excellent job! Our aircon units are all working incredibly better! The care taken to ensure there is no mess was fantastic. Definitely recommend and will get these guys back regularly. If you’ve got aircon units get them cleaned and use Aircon Cleaning SEQ. ~ Mark N

First time using this service. Amazing and thorough clean done efficiently and with care. Great price too. Got 3 of our units done on the same day by David who is a top bloke. Very responsive when it comes to booking and coordinating a day / time. He was able to provide a deep clean on 2 of my air conditioning units in the Strathpine / brendale area for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend - good attention to detail and easy to get along with. Thanks again, see you next year! ~ Brent M

Very clear communication frim the start. I was sent a text message to show where the driver was before arrival. Arrived at exact time and Dave is a great guy. He gave our air cons a very thorough clean. Pulled everything apart and wash all parts and wiping all down. I would highly recommend Dave and his company to do the job!! ~ Kim J

Service by David was prompt, friendly, and trouble free and his team made setting up the appointment very easy. Cost of the service was very reasonable and there was a definite difference in efficiency of the two reverse cycle AC units following their clean, so am happy with the result. Highly recommend. ~ Amanda H
