Our AC was leaking, freezing over, working inefficiently and making us sick. I was skeptical that just a clean would be sufficient to fix the issues we were having with our air conditioner, but decided to give it a try as we couldn’t get a maintenance tech in during summer. David was friendly, extremely efficient, and showed us all the gunk that came out of our AC (gross but weirdly satisfying). We had clogged pipes which he cleared out. Our air cons are now running perfectly! We ran them overnight and had no leaking, no freezing issues- general performance is better and the air is so much clearer. We are so happy with the service- our only regret is not doing it sooner- and the price was very reasonable given it is peak season compared to other quotes we received ~ Amy C

I found David after seeing Aircon Cleaning SEQ as the most recommended option on the Brisbane subreddit, and he lived up to the reputation for a reason. Super professional and a friendly bloke. Kept in regular communication right up until he arrived on the weekend. We have five ACs, with two of them in a kind of tricky spot (one above the sofa and one above the bed), and David was incredibly efficient and clean, with zero mess left behind. He even went above and beyond by clearing out a wasp nest he found in my backyard, which he definitely didn’t have to do but I very much appreciated. If you’re looking for someone reliable and thorough, this is the guy. ~ Josiah L

Great experience with AirCon Cleaning SEQ. Dave arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time but communication was great, as he checked with me first. Overall service was excellent, had some fairly stubborn mould in my aircons which was all removed and the aircons are now running great and don't have an odour. Very quick and efficient with three aircons done in an hour, they left the place very clean and were very careful to not make a mess. Overall value was great also, with their pricing beating out probably most competitors. Worth every cent and will be using these guys again next year. ~ Ray

We Very happy in how they cleaned both our Air cons. I could not get over how they take the time to take the cover and clean everyrhing inside and out. For us it was money well spent for what was done. To see him take everything off and clean was a shock as we had our aircon cleaned by another last year and it was not cleaned like it is now. We are very happy with this company and would 100% be happy to recommend this company to anyone that wants there Aircon clean. Excellent service. I could not believe what came out of my 2 split systems. I recommend booking in and having them done. I’ve been rather ill for the last 4 months, sore throat, cough, stinging and watery eyes, headaches and nausea. Woke up each morning with swollen eyes. Found out it was the air cond doing it. Now the house smells much fresher and the air conds are actually blowing cold air now. Dave was friendly and professional. I know I will be getting them cleaned on a regular basis now. We had the best experience with Aircon Cleaning SEQ, who went above and beyond! Their price was most competitive, very affordable! They fit us in the very next day to help us cope with the heat. Work was neat, surrounding area all cleaned up and our split system looks brand new, smelling fresh again. David did a great job of cleaning both of our split system air conditioners. He was on time, lovely to speak to, made no mess, the air cons are now nice and clean and even smell great. I couldnt believe how black the water was afterwards. He didn't try to get me to pay for extras either. I asked him if he cleans the part of the split system that is outside and he said it's only necessary to hose them with water from the top. I will definitely be getting him back again every year. Very prompt and easy booking service. Was early on the day and took the time to explain the process as well as provide tips to keep the aircon clean and operating smoothly. Approached each unit on a case by case basis which meant we paid less for the units that didn’t require as deep as a clean so very well appreciated. Also very friendly. My air conditioner has run almost non-stop for 48 hours since the clean by Air Con Cleaning Brisbane and Surrounds and seems brand new, it's just over 48 hours of running it confirms that it is fixed (previously the air conditioner leaked water, since the premium air con clean that problem is clearly fixed). ~ Iain B

Very clear communication frim the start. I was sent a text message to show where the driver was before arrival. Arrived at exact time and Dave is a great guy. He gave our air cons a very thorough clean. Pulled everything apart and wash all parts and wiping all down. I would highly recommend Dave and his company to do the job!! ~ Kim J
